The Role

You drive strategic growth for Kleinanzeigen PRO by translating business priorities into scalable commercial initiatives for our SMB segment. In this role, you lead a team of Business Development Managers and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute high‑impact projects that directly contribute to revenue growth. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to unlock new opportunities and improve existing solutions. This is a hybrid role; the office is located in Berlin‑Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of PRO.

Job Requirements

• You bring 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or a comparable commercial role.
• You have at least 2 years of experience leading teams or driving complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• You apply structured problem‑solving and communicate insights clearly, including business cases and presentations.
• You have a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact in dynamic environments.
• You feel comfortable working in matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus.

• You leverage data, insights, and AI‑driven approaches to improve performance and identify new opportunities.
