Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Category Managers and support the development and implementation of online sales strategies.
• Analyze search behavior and user experience to identify trends and opportunities to optimize the product range.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing online sales.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report to the Head of E-Commerce.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in online sales management and category management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis and software tools.

• Full-time position, 38.5 hours/week.
