Team Lead, Customer Service and Customer Development (m/f/d)

Work location: Oy-Mittelberg.

Position: Permanent.

Weekly hours: 40.

These Are Your Tasks

• You provide both technical and managerial leadership to your team, foster individual strengths, and create a motivating environment.
• You oversee the operational implementation of the sales strategy across various sales channels.
• You take targeted measures to ensure that the agreed‑upon sales targets are met.
• You work closely with sales management and other team leaders to leverage synergies and maximize success.
• You provide personalized support to clients, build strong, trusting relationships, and conduct annual reviews.
• You ensure a high standard of service and serve as the point of contact for special customer inquiries.
• You actively contribute to the development of new sales channels and share your own ideas.
