Team Lead E-Commerce

Aufgaben

Develop and lead the E-commerce team. Manage shipments and customer requests for the e-commerce business, in order to deliver goods according to contractual agreements.

Logistics transactions

• Capacity Planning
• Tracking of Shipments
• Handling of Proof of delivery (POD) and delivery status requests for Logistics activities
• Daily communication with Control Tower, Warehouse and Sales to ensure loadings and deliveries
• Manage and handle claims/Customer VOC`s
• Clarification of undelivered and damaged goods
• Clarification and validation of Logistics costs
• Manage carrier and Logistic Partner Relationship

Reporting & Projects

• Continuous improvement of the Logistics activities
• Project Coordination in system adjustments/enhancements
• Creation of various, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting (in-Transit, Incidents, Review & Simulation etc.)

Qualifikation

We are looking for a colleague with:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Logistics/SCM or equivalent role
• Experience in the E-Commerce Logistics Forwarding Industry is preferred
• General IT-Affinity is a plus
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
• High Flexibility, Intercultural & Social Skills, Diligence and Resilience
• Analytical skills & data processing experience
• Solution-driven and result orientated mentality
• Experience in working with TMS tools and managing KPI reports
