Team Lead (Enercon, EU)

We’re looking for a Team Lead Technician with Enercon experience to join our team for long-term projects across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate a team of wind turbine technicians on site
• Mentor junior technicians and support skill development
• Ensure all work is carried out according to Enercon standards and project specifications
• Monitor progress against installation schedules and milestones
• Enforce strict HSE standards in line with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) and company policies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a Management/Supervisor position is preferred
• GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
• Valid EU right to work
