Team Lead HR Business Partner (mfd) Global Functions

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to lead a dedicated team of 3 members and act as a trusted partner. In this dual role you will not only drive the global HR agenda across key global functions but also contribute hands‑on to the development of our R&D organization. Responsibilities

• Lead an HR team with full strategic and operational responsibility
• Partner with business and stakeholders to align and implement strategic and operational HR priorities
• Shape and support the employee experience across the full lifecycle from talent acquisition to development and support during organizational change
• Drive global HR strategy with focus on R&D and Global Functions in close collaboration with local HR teams
• Key contact for the works council fostering constructive and solution‑oriented collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner ideally within a pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Leadership experience and ability to build high‑performing teams
• Demonstrated in‑depth knowledge of HR practices, labour law, incl. proven track record in working with employee representatives or works councils
• Proven ability to translate global HR strategies into effective local implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, integrity and a proactive solution‑oriented approach
• Combines a strategic mindset with hands‑on operational HR expertise
• Communicates fluently in English; German is a plus
