Team Lead Identity & Access Management (mfx)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of identity and access management specialists.
• Be responsible for the administration and optimization of technical highly privileged and normal users. Ensure security monitoring maintenance and the further development of these structures.
• Actively develop our IAM architecture and continuously improve processes in the area of identity and access management.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new applications into the IAM system ensuring smooth integration and compliance with all security and compliance requirements.
• Design our long-term system strategy.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in identity and access management.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM architecture processes IT compliance and regulations.
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
