As Team Lead – Finance & Controlling Applications (m/f/d), you will lead our FI & CO Applications Team in Wiesbaden and act as a technical leader of virtually extended team members.

Disciplinary management of the FI & CO Applications Team in Wiesbaden
Technical leadership of virtually extended team members (esp. in Barcelona, Spain)
IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide FI & CO departments
Central service responsibility for all IT solutions with process relevance in FI & CO
Continuous alignment of requirements and process improvements
Establishment of a global community for IT standards within FI & CO
Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation

Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leading IT teams (FI & CO applications preferred)
Ability to steer consulting, development & operations
Deep knowledge about finance & controlling processes and applications (e.g. SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP Concur, Jedox, ...)
Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international FI & CO
Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders
Professional in English and German
