About You

Youre a tech-savvy leader with at least five years of IT system administration experience and a passion for innovation. With your strong leadership and empathy, you excel at motivating teams, driving projects, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your background includes:

• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Veeam, VPNs, VLANs, and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Proficiency in German (C1 minimum).
• A proactive and organized approach to problem-solving.

Your Role

• Lead and inspire the IT team, setting clear goals and fostering effective collaboration.
• Manage and optimize IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and security.
• Play a pivotal role in IT projects, from modernization to supporting digital products.
• Provide expert guidance and technical support to colleagues.
