Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a team
Implementing the global Vertical Integration Strategy for Lithium and Manganese
Converting and refining for PowerCo demand to ensure material availability, cost targets, and ESG standards
Implementing commodity and procurement strategies for new products and materials, requiring solutions in mining, raw materials, conversion, refining, and specialty chemicals
Building and developing an organization with diverse skills, including raw material experts, mining engineers, analysts, and specialty chemicals engineers

What You Bring To The Team

A BSc, MSc, or PhD degree in mining, metallurgy, chemistry or a related field with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
In-depth knowledge in the procurement of lithium and manganese, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations
Experience in building and leading a team of professionals, including raw material experts and mining engineers, to manage complex project
Fluent English for negotiations
