YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Team Lead (m/f/d) Procurement Operations, you will take on the temporary (two-year) leadership and strategic direction of the multi-member POOL Commodity Buyer team. You foster a culture of appreciation, inspiration and high performance, develop talent, provide constructive feedback and actively promote health awareness.
• You ensure the operational supply of raw materials, packaging and trading goods to all international Dr. Oetker production sites and develop timely solutions to operational challenges. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage resources efficiently.
• You drive the continuous performance improvement of the team by initiating and leading optimizations in process standardization, digitalization and automation, as well as international standardization and digitalization projects.
• You coordinate the onboarding of new Commodity Buyers and ensure comprehensive professional training as well as the required system training.
• You are responsible for communication with the POOL Board and represent your team professionally at an international level.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a university degree and have several years of professional experience in procurement, including at least three years of international experience.
• You have strong knowledge of SAP (S/4, BW), common Office applications and other procurement-relevant systems, as well as a high affinity for IT and processes.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, assertiveness and a strong affinity for numbers are among your strengths.
• You are a communicative team player with strong moderation skills, flexibility and intercultural competence.
• You are willing to travel internationally and have very good German and English language skills.
