Team Lead Pharmacist – Pharmaoffice (m/f/d)

To further expand our modern, automated pharmaceutical fulfilment center in Venlo, we are seeking a BIG-registered pharmacist (m/f/d) to take on team leadership for pharmaceutical processes in day-to-day operations, support our team of pharmacy technicians (PTAs), and serve as a bridge to the Responsible Pharmacist.

Your duties...

• Provide professional oversight and guidance to a team of pharmacy technicians (PTAs/Apothekersassistenten) handling prescription verification, medication management, and other pharmaceutical tasks
• Respond to pharmaceutical inquiries, particularly regarding Dutch and German medicines and applicable regulatory requirements in daily operations
• Handle and document product recalls as well as reports from the AMK (Drug Commission of the German Pharmacists) and other pharmaceutical authorities
• Ensure and further develop pharmaceutical quality management in day-to-day operations, reporting to the Responsible Pharmacist
• Support the team with task management, scheduling, technical inquiries, and communication within the team and with related departments
• Oversee the processing of prescription billing
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality documents and patient information in coordination with the Responsible Pharmacist

Your profile...

• Licensed pharmacist in the Netherlands (BIG registration required)
• German pharmacist license is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain it over time is welcome
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical activities – ideally including prescription verification, medication management, and quality assurance
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoys working in a team and shaping processes in a modern logistics environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are an advantage
