As Team Lead Product Analytics in the Customer‑Facing Applications (CFA) domain you will lead product analysts conducting A/B tests and data analyses to support product development. You will support user research and help advance our data analytics through adapting new AI tools and practices. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams that include Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists. You will bridge between analytics and business impact by translating complex data into actionable insights that directly shape product direction, customer experience, and long‑term business outcomes.

What we'd love you to do (and love doing)
- Lead the design and implementation of data analyses to uncover patterns in user behavior and drive deeper product understanding.
- Guide the combination of quantitative data analysis with qualitative user research to inform decisions regarding our customers' experience.
- Work with key partners in product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver ongoing improvements to the product by generating insights and measuring impact.
- Guide the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests at scale; guide product teams on experiment best practices.
- Develop and evaluate causal inference models to measure impact beyond traditional A/B tests.
- Lead analytical onboarding and mentorship across teams to grow data fluency, strategic decision making and experimentation culture.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross‑functional or analytical teams, mentoring peers, and setting strategic direction within a data or product‑driven environment.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in a data‑intensive analytics role where you learned how to work with raw data, such as in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Strong knowledge of e‑commerce KPIs and how they can be defined and measured across the customer journey.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and statistical software languages (preferably Python).
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices.
- Very comfortable working with onsite user behaviour data, from defining tracking specifications that capture relevant user actions to generating insights via advanced analytic models.
- Comfortable building or maintaining repeatable reporting pipelines (e.g. Tableau).
- Strong communication and data story‑telling skills and the ability to explain processes, choices, and insights to stakeholders across all levels of seniority and technical background.
