As demand for workforce management solutions surges, we are looking for a Team Lead Sales New Business for our SMB / Mid Market Team in Germany. In this role, you will lead by example: be involved hands-on in the sales cycle shape ATOSS’s expansion by engaging with C-level decision-makers and delivering market-leading solutions, as well as leading a small team. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, focusing on outbound sales with a sales cycle of 2-6 months on average, sometimes longer, selling to key decision-makers (HR, IT, executive management, procurement, production/logistics management).
Building a strong pipeline through mostly cold calling, but also other outbound activities. We follow a structured onboarding process to ensure your optimal start. You will be hired and communicated as a Team Lead Sales, but will initially focus on your own quota before taking over a team of 3-5 Sales Executives after approximately 6 months. First 6 months: Focus on personal sales targets while simultaneously training for leadership responsibilities. Second 6 months: Initial team responsibility with gradual transition. Long-term perspective: Growing the team, with decreasing personal sales quota over time. "Leading by Example": You don’t manage from a distance – you are an active part of the team and a role model in the sales process., Regular leadership training (internal & external) to further develop your leadership skills.
