Team Lead Site Service & Equipment Management (m/f/d)

The Group Lead is responsible for managing an integrated team that ensures reliable, safe and efficient operation of production equipment, tools and measurement devices. The role supports stable production processes by coordinating technical support, mechanical workshop services and measurement equipment management.

Your Tasks

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinaryteam (Technical Support, Mechanical Workshop, Measurement EquipmentManagement)
• Ensure availability, safety and reliability of tools, workstations and production equipment
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Manage calibration processes and documentation for measurement devices
• Improve processes, standards and equipment lifecycle performance
• Serve as key interface for Production, Engineering, Laboratories, Logistics and Safety

Your Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in the following areas:
  • Mechanical Assembly, ideally in the space segment production
  • Calibration and use of measurement equipment, ideally within a production-line Environment
  • Completed apprenticeship as a fitter or CNC operator, with strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and machine tools
• First experience in asset Management
• Technical degree or equivalent professional background
• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for developing and building a new team
• Innovative mindset, initiative, and implementation strength
• Excellent English skills in spoken and written form; good German skills with willingness to improve are desirable
