Team Leader Supervision (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Supervision (m/f/d) to lead a team of Supervisors involved in new turbine installations. The main task is the technical and disciplinary management of our supervisors and the assurance of the applicable regulations on the construction sites.

This position is preferably located in Hamburg, Rostock, Leipzig, or Oberhausen and requires regular on-site presence on the construction sites.

Your Tasks

• Technical, operational, and disciplinary leadership over supervisors.
• Conduct professional‑ and personal development discussions and enable coaching and further development.
• Ensure that the construction sites are managed in accordance with the applicable HSE guidelines.
• Ensure that company processes and quality standards are implemented on all construction sites.
• Work closely with higher management, jointly establishing short‑ and longer‑term targets for the department.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and develop team members to achieve a highly aligned, motivated, and engaged team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable better performance and increased efficiency.
• Forecast and detail plan internal and external resources for optimum production outputs.
• Develop and implement various execution‑based processes and procedures.

Your Profile

• Experience in leading a team, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Formal qualifications in business or engineering from an accredited institution.
• Ambassador of Health, Safety and the Environment, able to develop and direct a team.
• Confident Microsoft Office user.
• Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken), minimum CEFR level B2.
• Experience in distance management, planning and coordinating.
• Open‑minded, cheerful outlook based on integrity and respect, initiative‑taking.

• Flexible yet structured, able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in an innovative, agile, and busy environment.

The role requires a high willingness to travel (≈ 50 %) within Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, with occasional travel within the wider EU.
