Team Lead Supply Chain Planning and Operations

The role
As a Team Lead for International Supply Planning, you will lead the planning and purchasing processes for ingredients supplied via a 3rd party Hub to our European and UK markets across all temperature zones. You will be instrumental in ensuring cost efficiency, mitigating risks, and maintaining optimal stock availability. Your role will involve proactively managing supply disruptions, optimizing supplier and 3PW partner performance, and aligning demand planning with strategic company goals, ultimately making HelloFresh better through data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of planners, ensuring high-quality outputs in daily and weekly planning, fostering a resilient and collaborative team environment.
• Drive scenario planning and advanced analysis to anticipate risks and guide decisions, translating company objectives into actionable supply planning strategies.
• Govern standardized processes for forecasting, order management, reporting, and supplier communication, overseeing planning tools like the Volume Tracker.
• Act as an escalation point for supply disruptions, coordinating cross-functional resolution and owning risk frameworks including buffer strategies.
• Foster strong collaboration across supply planning, procurement, logistics, 3PW partners, and markets, leading continuous improvement initiatives and embedding best practices.
