Team Lead Supply Planning (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Execute and ensure the supply chain strategy for production and material planning.
• Lead the hiring, training, monitoring, mentoring, and performance evaluation of supply planners and call-off functions.
• Focus on the supply chain process to promote customer service.
• Identify potential projects to standardize and implement best practices for procurement planning processes, people, and tools.
• Ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement projects across the procurement planning organization.
• Encourage the team to independently identify root causes of disruptions to improve customer service.
• Ensure that the execution planning team supports the agreed service levels of stakeholders across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management or 5+ years of experience in a global business environment in a supply chain role.
• 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Business fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Good system knowledge of SAP APO (SNP, PPDS).
• Experience in building system capabilities, measuring performance, and developing planning organizations.
• Ability to drive cross-functional change management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Willing to travel approximately 10–20%.
