What You’ll Do

• Lead and empower a team of 4–8 technicians
• Own client relationships, remote and on-site (within a 45‑min radius)
• Architect IT infrastructure projects with clients who count on your judgment
• Operate in Microsoft or Linux environments with confidence
• Shape daily workflows, processes, and standards that others will follow
• Become the bridge between leadership and delivery

What You Bring

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience
• First experience leading people or projects? Perfect.
• Comfortable advising on networks, servers, backup, monitoring, and client‑server environments
• Fluent in German (C1) and capable in English (B2)
• A mind that solves, a heart that supports, and a voice that inspires
