Responsibilities

• You lead and manage a high-performing team of approx. 5 User Acquisition Managers, ensuring they succeed in meeting KPIs through your strategic, analytical and growth-oriented mindset. You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous development.
• You take full ownership of user acquisition, overseeing budget management, executing growth strategies and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration to drive business success.
• You drive and optimize user acquisition strategies, empowering your team with data-driven insights to maximize growth and impact.
• You bring deep expertise in User Acquisition, combining strategic insight with hands-on optimization skills. Your team learns from your expertise and hands-on approach in driving data-informed growth.
• You foster and maintain strong relationships with Key Point Of Contacts from Marketing Networks, ensuring high impact collaborations.
• You keep up with industry trends and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• You own a university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification.
• You have proven experience leading User Acquisition teams in a dynamic environment, ideally within a gaming company, combined with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• You are experienced in managing paid mobile marketing campaigns and in App Store Optimization (ASO). Having experience in web marketing (Google Search Ads) is a plus.
• You have proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, IronSource and Applovin.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• You bring dedication, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German is welcome.
