You will combine operational system work, team leadership, and stakeholder management, while actively shaping the future of Workday at 4flow.Your key responsibilities will include:* Hands-on responsibility for Workday FIN & HCM, including configuration, enhancements and day-to-day operations* Managing the daily operations and strategic development of Workday FIN & HCM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.* Identifying and addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align with business needs.* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities and align them with business objectives.* Leading and coordinating projects related to new Workday releases, system updates, and integrations.* Ensuring compliance with internal and external data security and governance requirements.* Driving process efficiency through reporting, analytics, and automation within Workday.* Organizing and delivering training sessions for key users and end users to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.* Strengthening internal communication and visibility of Workday functionalities across the organization.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and deep hands-on expertise in Workday. You should bring:* A degree in business administration, finance, human resource management, business informatics, or a* related field.* 5+ years of experience in Workday FIN, Workday HCM is a plus, including system configuration, management and integrations.* Strong background in process design, project management, and business process optimization.* Strong knowledge of Workday security models, reporting tools and interfaces.* A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.* Workday training and certifications are a plus.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment.* Fluency in English.
