Team Leader- Fulfillment & Logistics

We're partnered with an AI and unmanned systems technology company headquartered near Munich. Founded in 2015- they develop, design, and manufacture advanced unmanned aerial vehicles, sensor and software systems for professional customers across defence, security, public safety, geospatial, and commercial sectors.

They're one of the fastest growing and well-funded technologies companies in Europe having raised significant venture funding and achieved "unicorn" status and seen as a global leader in eVTOL drones and Aerial Intelligence.

They're looking to hire a Team Lead Fulfilment & Logistics to take lead the logistics team and ensure their high-tech drones reliably find their way across the globe- from production to the customer.

You'll serve as a key interface between production, purchasing, and sales, ensuring that all international goods movements run smoothly and in compliance with regulations working closely with sales, production, and procurement, supporting the team in international order processing in both the commercial and governmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fulfilment, logistics, and warehouse team and oversee order processing.
• Optimise logistics processes to ensure smooth supply and delivery operations.
• Ensure efficient shipping operations - including customs and export (control) procedures (EU & non-EU countries).
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimisation measures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to maintain a seamless logistics chain.
