Your Profile

• The prerequisite for this scientific leadership position is an above-average PhD in energy system modeling, material flow analysis, or a related field, and a corresponding master’s degree
• You have extensive experience in industrial ecology and material flow analysis and are confident in programming, preferably in Python
• Extensive experience in the successful acquisition, management, and leadership of third‑party funded projects (national/international), ideally including knowledge of EU funding programs
• Excellent publication record in internationally recognized, peer‑reviewed journals and at relevant conferences
• Proven leadership experience with students or doctoral candidates is an advantage
• English skills at least on a C1 level, German skills are very advantageous
