Team Leader IT Services (all genders)

Responsibilities

• You lead the Acquiring & Authorization IT team and IT Toll Services team, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration
• As the main point of contact for business units, you ensure clear communication and alignment
• You collaborate with Product and Partnership Management teams in Fuels and Toll to achieve business goals
• You work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive progress
• You manage service provider relationships, ensuring high-quality service and successful partnerships

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent) and bring at least 5 years of international experience
• Demonstrating strong leadership ambitions is your strength - setting clear objectives, inspiring teams, and aligning business with IT goals
• Proven project management expertise in both classical and agile frameworks
• Familiarity with tolling environments (e.g., road tolling, registration systems) is a plus
• An understanding of payment transactions and associated protocols (e.g., ISO 8583, IFSF) is considered a valuable plus
