Enpal , Europe's first green unicorn, is looking for a Team Leader to manage and coordinate a team of Account Managers and potentially some other functions (Back office, Front Office, Install partner, etc.)

Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operational activities of the teams.
Coordinate workflows to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
Monitor KPIs and performance, implementing continuous improvements.
Support the resolution of complex issues and manage escalations.
Promote the training and professional development of the team.
Collaborate with other departments to align processes and goa
Significant experience in coordination or operational leadership roles, preferably in customer service or operations contexts.
Excellent command of the Italian language (C1/C2 mandatory); good knowledge of English (B2); French is a plus.
Organizational, problem‑solving, and motivational leadership skills.
Knowledge of digital tools (CRM, ticketing software, Microsoft Office).
Results orientated and aptitude for working in fast‑paced environments.
Previous experience in renewable energy is a strong asset.
