Your tasks

• Technical management of a team of 2D & 3D piping / BIM designers in several customer projects

• Selection of suitable partners and external companies for the recruitment of additional team members

• Expansion of the internal BIM standard and Revit families as well as the automated derivation of isometrics and interfaces to other software programs

• Coordination of assembly-ready designs, isometrics and "as built" with the site management

• Collaboration with customer BIM coordinators for overall planning and integration

• 3D pipeline planning from routing, pipe classes, collision checks, support construction to strength calculations (stainless steel/plastic) in the semicon and life science sectors

Your profile

• Experience in the technical management of decentralized teams, ideally worldwide

• Several years of experience in 3D piping design, preferably in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical or chemical and energy plant sectors

• Sound knowledge of modern 2D/3D CAD software such as REVIT or 3D Plant

• Experience in CAD coordination and confident application of BIM methodology

• Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
