Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Team Leader Product Engineering leads product development, manages the Product Engineering team, provides technical support, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures product conformity with client requirements and applicable standards.

• Manage, lead, and develop the Product Engineering team
• Lead product development meeting quality, cost, and deadline objectives
• Provide technical support to projects and production
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams: quality, production, industrialization, purchasing
• Ensure product conformity with client requirements and applicable standards
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and product non‑conformities
• Participate in technical reviews, internal and client audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product engineering processes

Your Profile

• Master in Engineer or equivalent
• Required experience: minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a globally operating, manufacturing environment, ideally within the wiring‑harness or automotive supplier industry
• Good English and very good French Skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in guiding and supervising a team
• First experience in training team members is beneficial
• Strong team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time‑management skills combined with a solution‑oriented mindset
• Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
