About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Service Germany
to lead and develop our Helpdesk and Field Service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a service or after-sales environment, preferably within the dental or medical technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Helpdesk and Field Service teams
• Ensure service quality and performance according to defined KPIs
• Coordinate with international sites and dealer service teams
• Develop and optimize service processes for efficiency and quality improvement
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Training, and Quality departments
• Support onboarding and continuous training of team members

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial/technical training or university degree
• Several years of leadership experience in after-sales or service
• Experience in dental/medical technology or CAD/CAM (advantageous)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Excellent communication skills in
  German and English
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in process optimization
