Team Leader Survivability and Occupant Safety (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Technical management of employees within the protection department
Technical team leadership for project work on various high-priority topics (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ / Boxer / Caracal)
Project management through control of resource utilisation within projects
Completion of project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing
Processing and resource utilisation planning for new research and development topics

Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or similar
Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally in the automotive and/or defence industry
Experience in team management is an advantage
Experience in project work in the field of materials science
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English
Organisational skills in all areas and strong conflict resolution skills
Willingness to travel on business

Location and Travel

This position can be filled at the Kassel, Kiel or Unterlüß locations.
