About this Position

 

What you´ll do

• Plans, manages and executes the overall direction for global digital touchpoints, social media activities across global markets
  
• Plans, manages and executes special digital platform projects across global markets for a focused / all product category
  
• Conducts analysis of own/competitor's digital activities across relevant digital touchpoints for fast learning sharing and eff-ve roll-outs
  
• Collects and analyzes data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessment
  
• Tests and rolls out new applications / functionalities
  Implements and manages or supports implementing of digital campaigns and strategy development per brand cluster
  
• Collaborates with global marketing team and creative agencies to organize effectively upgraded digital campaigns for launches/re-launches
  
• Translates the current communication strategy into a hollistic mobile first digital and touchpoint strategy
  
• Regularly connects and consults to SMU and markets, driving best in class digital execution; cross-fertilises knowledge accross brands and markets
  
• Enables and consults markets to use global digital strategy and touchpoint recommendations to upgrade their market digital activities

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for certifications in project management or digital marketing
• 5 years of experience in digital campaign management, with demonstrable success in leading high-impact digital marketing projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaborations effectively
• Fluent English skills
