We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!

Your new job includes

As Teamlead Architecture (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the optimal planning of international shop expansions and the (CI‑compliant) realisation of Gebr. Heinemann brand shops, including technical building equipment (TGA).

Responsibilities

Plan, draw, and design, and be responsible for and supervise the timely completion of new and refurbished national and international shops at airports, on cruise liners, and in border shops.
Lead, motivate and develop your team members.
Independently advise in‑house product range specialists on shop functions, furniture arrangement, product presentation, and implementation.
Be responsible for project management of internal and external project participants, as well as cost management, cost control and schedule management.
Conduct contract negotiations with contractors, award contracts, and prepare contracts.
Further develop and optimize planning processes and shop expansions.

Preferred Profile

Completed degree in architecture or interior design.
Several years of experience in shopfitting and in managing internal architects and external planning offices.
Knowledge of HOAI and confidence in cost management.
Experience in project management and process control.
Confident use of MS Office, Orca, Acrobat, PhotoShop, MS Project.
Expert knowledge of CAD programmes (Archicad 25).
Confident written and spoken German and English.
Strong spatial awareness and quick comprehension.
