Join to apply for the Head of Site Management Service (m/w/d) role at NKT . In this position you will lead the Site Management Service team at the Troisdorf site and contribute to the company’s efforts in the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Site Manager team.
• Resource management and scheduling of Site Managers in coordination with Service Project Managers and installation planning.
• Weiterentwicklung des Site Managements (Governance, Organisation, People und Prozesse) in der Service-Organisation.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, construction, and quality guidelines and performing reviews.
• Technical advisory for subcontractor contract design and for the preparation of service project offers.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a technical university/engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) or equivalent several years of project management or construction management experience.
• First leadership experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and innovative mindset.
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility.
• High willingness to travel.
• Driver's license Class B.
• Fluent German and very good English, in speaking and writing.
