Purpose of the Function

• Disciplinary leadership of a Channel Marketing team in Germany.
• Optimisation of processes and documentation for Channel Marketing.
• Communication and alignment with Business Unit Directors.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding, leadership, management and coaching of team members.
• Primary contact for marketing matters for BU Directors locally and at EMEA level.
• Proactive information and escalation management.
• Achieve marketing revenue & profit goals.
• Develop marketing campaigns to generate additional marketing budgets.
• Propose and implement solutions for process optimisation and automation.
• Coordinate manufacturer‑cross and cross‑BU marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with TD SYNNEX and manufacturer marketing guidelines.
• Collaborate with RiBS teams (APNT/VR) for correct and timely booking of marketing invoices.
• Build and maintain contacts with relevant manufacturer contacts and TD SYNNEX EMEA colleagues.
• Perform department‑specific administrative duties.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of subordinates.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree or suitable vocational training.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Several years of relevant marketing experience with in‑depth market and product knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong initiative, communication, negotiation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Professional presence, teamwork and enthusiasm.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
