We are looking for you as Teamlead Customer Service (m/w/d) Telefon & Service at our location in Hilden .

Your responsibilities include:

1. Direct leadership of the Telefon & Service team (currently 5 employees)
2. Motivation, coaching, and development of team members
3. Structuring and documenting department-relevant processes
4. Central contact person for coordination questions related to inquiries, availability, and sales campaigns
5. Participation in internal projects
6. Key user role for telephone software (evaluation & administration)
7. Reporting of department-relevant KPIs
8. Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and accounting departments

Your profile:

1. Several years of leadership experience in customer service
2. Successfully completed studies , preferably in Business Administration
3. Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
4. Knowledge of SAP/R3 or similar ERP systems, SalesForce , and technical understanding are desirable
5. Independent, structured, and precise working style , even under high workload
6. Hands-on mentality and team spirit
7. Good English skills in written and spoken form
