TEAMLEAD CYBERSECURITY CONSULTING & PRESALES

As Teamlead Cybersecurity Consulting & Presales, you will drive the creation of our new cybersecurity unit – leading the team and contributing hands-on to its success. You provide strategic guidance to clients, actively support the sales cycle, and take a leading role in growing and anchoring our cybersecurity business in Southern Germany.

Our cybersecurity division is in strategic development – with the goal of becoming a leading consulting provider for digital resilience in the DACH region within a few years. These Tasks Await You With Us

You will establish the structure of our cybersecurity unit, lead and expand a team of experts, and oversee recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
You drive our offering and portfolio strategy, set investment priorities, and ensure our services meet market demands.
As a link between Germany and Switzerland, you work closely with the management team in Zurich on strategic market development.
You lead the presales process, uncover strategic customer needs, design high-level solution concepts, and equip the sales team to present them with impact.
You ensure excellence in the delivery of our consulting projects, guide senior consultants in their expertise, and make sure GRC, SDLC, and offensive security engagements generate tangible value for clients.
You define the go-to-market strategy for Southern Germany, leverage personal and existing networks, and establish scalable reference customers to drive sustainable growth.
You represent our cybersecurity unit at a strategic level – engaging at industry events, leading customer workshops, and driving our presence in digital channels.
You work closely with our MarCom team to refine the content of our cybersecurity positioning and ensure a consistent, visible presence across all relevant channels.

How You Can Contribute Your Strengths With Us

You have several years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or in technical presales within the security landscape – ideally complemented by initial leadership experience.
You bring deep knowledge in at least one key area – whether it’s GRC, penetration testing, secure software development (SDLC), DevSecOps, or cloud security.
With excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong client focus, you’re a trusted and dependable partner for customers and colleagues alike.
You’re well connected in the German security landscape and know how to activate your network strategically to drive business and acquire new projects.
With a strong track record in working with enterprises and mid-sized firms, you speak your clients’ language and act as a trusted advisor on equal footing.
Traveling is part of your rhythm – you enjoy being on the road and meeting clients face to face (~20–30%).
You speak fluent German (C1) and are confident communicating in business-level English.
