To support our Digital Merchandising team we are searching for a Teamlead Digital Merchandising - Womenswear Shoes and Bags (Mat. Cover) (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. This is a maternity cover for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the WW Shoes & Bags Digital Merchandising team, managing priorities and workloads effectively
• Define and execute onsite merchandising strategies to optimize sales and maintain a strong brand presentation
• Partner closely with Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Marketing to align seasonal focuses, key launches, and commercial opportunities
• Oversee the planning and delivery of homepage and editorial content in line with trade and storytelling priorities
• Analyze performance across designers, categories, and campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders
• Ensure an optimal onsite experience in collaboration with CX and Shop Management teams, continuously improving navigation and conversion

Qualifications

• Degree in business, fashion, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce, including team leadership
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ecommerce and analytics tools
• Passion for luxury fashion and deep knowledge of the Mytheresa brand and designer landscape
