Teamlead Global Mobility (m/f/x)

Your central role

• Management and implementation of cross-border employee assignments within the global ERGO organization, including reintegration and management of external support
• Consulting and supporting the board and top management on all issues relating to international mobility and possible transfers of employees and executives within the global group
• Management of HR projects with global relevance (especially to global workforce mobility)
• Participation in cross-border selection and recruitment procedures for senior executives abroad
• Professional and disciplinary management of the team (including integration and relocation management in ERGO Germany)

Your profile

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on HR and law and/or economics
• Sound professional experience in HR, preferably in an international or global workforce mobility context
• Strong analytical thinking skills, entrepreneurial and strategic approach
• High level of commitment, performance and results orientation
• Intercultural thinking and acting (ideally extended stay abroad) as well as a professional manner toward clients, flexibility, and, above all, customer focus
