Team Lead Procurement O&M Global (m/f/d)

Location: Kolitzheim – Full‑time – Permanent.

Overview
Take an active role in shaping the future of our global O&M procurement. As Team Lead, you will steer the strategic direction of global O&M purchasing, develop innovative spare‑parts and procurement strategies, and ensure efficient, consistent, and future‑oriented global processes. You will negotiate with key suppliers on delivery capability, spare‑parts availability, quality and warranty, and lead the O&M Procurement team to the next stage of development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment of global O&M procurement.
• Development and implementation of spare‑parts and procurement strategies for O&M projects.
• Centralisation and standardisation of global O&M purchasing processes.
• Contract negotiations with suppliers on delivery capability and spare‑parts availability.
• Escalation of quality and warranty issues globally.
• Regular coordination with the Director SCP on procurement issues.
• Management of the O&M procurement team.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields.
• Several years of professional experience and in‑depth expertise in procurement and O&M.
• Nice to have: experience in the solar industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong communication, team spirit, high sense of responsibility, conscientious approach to work, and leadership skills.
