YOUR TASKS

In the Electronics division at the Schortens location, you will be responsible as a Software Team Leader for an (international) team of software developers focused on innovative car access systems.

• Leading a group in developing software for vehicle access systems within the Electronics division
• Professional and technical leadership of the team in product-related software development
• Disciplinary leadership and ensuring employees’ qualifications and further training
• Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload management
• Ensuring adherence to project and customer milestones
• Responsible for both efficiency and quality, as well as early identification of potential risks
• Supporting cross-functional and global collaboration between project teams
• Participating in alignment with suppliers and customers

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable degree
• Experience in software and system development under automotive conditions; experience with AI is a plus
• Knowledge in Embedded C, AUTOSAR, and functional safety is desirable
• Leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities with global suppliers and customers
• Ability to independently develop conceptual solutions and experience in cost management and development processes
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written, are required
