As part of Group IT, you will shape the future of our internal IT services - efficiently, service-oriented and innovatively. Our goal : solutions that deliver real added business value and optimally support our colleagues. To achieve this, we need you as a team leader who not only leads, but also inspires and breaks new ground.

Your contribution

  • Take responsibility: you will lead a team of 7 and oversee ~15 IT services in a stable, secure, high-performance and future-proof manner.
  • Shape further development: you not only further develop the services, but also their operation with modern approaches for monitoring, log analysis and efficient platform control.
  • Promote a service mentality: you shape a team of technical experts into a genuine service organization with clear KPIs and customer centricity.
  • Living operational excellence: you ensure that our services don't just run, but shine - with lean processes, clever automation and an eye on stability, transparency and quality.
  • Control planning: you coordinate our sprint and quarterly planning, prioritize according to business value and ensure that innovation and efficiency become reality.
  • Be a partner: you are a sparring partner for the specialist departments and manage external providers.

What you bring with you

  • Leadership experience: you have experience in leading IT teams and a desire to take on responsibility.
  • Hands-on mentality: you lend a hand when it counts.
  • Service orientation: you think in terms of solutions for customers, ideally with ITIL know-how.
  • Technological understanding: you are familiar with web application servers and databases on Windows and Linux. Knowledge of observability, log analytics, containerization, IaC and CI/CD is an advantage.
  • Mindset: innovative spirit, agility and the ability to take your team with you.
