Your role

Koordination und Bearbeitung aller dem Bereich Customer Service zugeordneten Aufgaben, u.a. Erfassung und Prüfung der Kundenaufträge, direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden, termingerechte Kundenauftragsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit andern Bereichen

Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Customer Service

Schnittstelle und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen des Supply Operations Bereiches

Implementierung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Customer Serviceprozessen und – Systemen

Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Aufbereitungen

Your profile

Kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Schwerpunkt Customer Service

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst

Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise (Prozessmanagement)

Kundenorientierung, mehrjährige Erfahrung im direktem Umgang mit Kunden

Teamfähigkeit, souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Empathie

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

SAP- und MS-Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.
