Netlight Tech Avenue is a program created for students who identify as women and marginalized genders and offers selected Master’s students graduating in 2026 or 2027 a tailored experience to develop technical and problem solving skills, build self-assurance and resilience, and gain valuable insights into consulting. Through access to a thriving tech community, hands‑on coaching, and practical workshops at our Munich office, you will be empowered to navigate new challenges—even when you’re the only woman in the room.

This is your opportunity to be seen, supported, and inspired to lead with your strengths while building relationships within our international network of over 2,000 Netlighters.

Program highlights

During Tech Avenue, you’ll spend three afternoons at our Munich office, participating in interactive sessions focused on:

• Technical Edge: Hands‑on workshops in Data & Software development led by experienced consultants
• Consulting Skills: At Netlight, creativity and business sense are valued as highly as technical competence. Together with our consultants, you’ll be coached on delivering inspiring presentations and building strong client relationships
• Network: Connect with fellow graduates and tap into the expertise of our international Netlight community
• Personal Growth: Define your own path and next career steps alongside your dedicated Netlight Coach

Who are we looking for?

• Master’s student in a computer science‑related field, graduating in 2026 or early 2027
• Available to attend all three on‑site events in Munich (starting April 24th)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in Data & Software Development
