About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and execution of core engineering initiatives as the company builds next‑generation LLM‑powered marketing and advertising technologies. This role sits at the intersection of hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and cross‑functional delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and execution of major internal engineering projects.
• Define technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve scalability, reliability, and developer velocity.
• Partner with AI teams to design systems that integrate LLMs into production environments at scale.
• Own technical roadmaps and translate complex initiatives into actionable engineering plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows across engineering, AI, product, and design.
• Drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.
• Bring structure to ambiguous or zero‑to‑one technical challenges.
• Contribute directly to codebases, particularly in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and supporting backend systems.
• Conduct in‑depth code reviews and uphold high technical standards.
• Lead complex debugging, performance optimization, and architectural refactoring efforts.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance and mentorship to full‑stack engineers.
• Support and strengthen a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Influence hiring and onboarding as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full‑stack web development experience with end‑to‑end system ownership.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern full‑stack architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership : architectural ownership, leading initiatives, or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to switch between high‑level architecture and hands‑on coding.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a bias for action.
