Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in calls and meetings.
• Lead technical discussions on business opportunities.
• Provide architecture, sizing, and implementation recommendations.
• Coach and present workshops, webinars, and hands‑on training.
• Help prospects build compelling business cases.
• Create materials that showcase product functionality and performance.
• Own internal initiatives to improve processes, systems, and tools.
• Act as a dedicated team player within the global group.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in optimization systems and data science.
• A Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in at least 2 Gurobi API languages (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET).
• Basic knowledge of networking, web technologies, and engineering concepts.
• Competency in macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel as required.
