We are looking for a Technical Supporter with strong Dutch and English language skills for our Sales department, assisting the largest social media platform worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone, chat and e‑mail after scheduling appointments.
• Support integration of websites, stores and accounts, and solve technical challenges.
• Identify content and performance opportunities and advise on technical integration and process improvements.
• Accompany customers during the implementation of measures.
• Track customer success through ongoing monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Completed technical education and prior experience as a technical customer consultant, help desk or IT support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Knowledge of social media advertising, digital marketing and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, mail systems and API/SDK integration is a plus.
• High customer orientation, analytical thinking, and strong sales skills.
• Minimum C1 level in Dutch and B2 level in English.

Relocation support up to €1,500 for abroad applicants and €700 within Germany (minimum 100 km distance to Berlin).
