Technical Assistant

We are Nanogami, a company that is turning innovative science into useful products for medicine. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team.

In this full-time role, you will be a key part of our lab operations, ensuring our projects run smoothly and consistently every day. You will follow established procedures and be a crucial part of our team, providing essential support.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your job is to ensure our laboratory is well-prepared for our research and development work. You will have a clear, predictable routine and will be responsible for:

• Preparing Materials: You will perform specific, repeated steps to prepare materials for our scientists, following detailed instructions and checklists.
• Quality Control: You will check samples to make sure they are consistent and meet our high-quality standards.
• Maintaining Supplies: You will monitor our stock of materials to ensure we always have what we need for our projects.
• Following Instructions: You will conduct daily lab tasks and experiments by carefully following established protocols.
• Keeping Records: You will maintain clear and organized lab records, making sure all data is properly documented.
• Lab Maintenance: You will help keep our lab clean and organized, ensuring a safe and orderly work environment for everyone.
• Learning and Adapting: You will be open to learning new lab techniques as our projects evolve.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and a focus on getting the job done right. This role is a great fit if you:

• Have completed training as a technical assistant (e.g., CTA, BTA).
• Have some experience working in a lab setting.
• Are reliable and focused on following procedures and instructions.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Can manage your time effectively and complete tasks on schedule.
• Are flexible and open to adapting to new methods as needed.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and are a good communicator.
• Have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Can speak and understand English and German.
