Technical Business Development Manager – UiPath (AI Automation & RPA)

Your Key Responsibilities

This role is all about driving growth in the rapidly evolving world of AI-driven automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) . You’ll be the go-to expert for UiPath and related technologies, helping partners unlock new opportunities in business process automation.

You’ll:

  • Develop and grow both new and existing partner relationships with a focus on automation solutions.
  • Own your numbers —pipeline, reporting, and forecasting with precision.
  • Act as a technical advisor to partners, explaining the value of RPA and AI automation in business transformation.
  • Provide live demonstrations of UiPath and automation solutions to partners and customers in collaboration with the local UiPath team.
  • Support Key Account Managers in customer meetings by presenting technical capabilities and solution benefits.
  • Work closely with UiPath and to build joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Enable and educate partners through training sessions, webinars, and workshops on automation technologies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding market trends in AI, RPA, and business process automation.
  • Challenge the status quo and inject fresh energy into our automation strategy.
  • Be part of a fast-growing automation and AI practice within our NGS business unit.

Qualifications / Requirements

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have strong technical understanding of RPA, AI automation, or business process automation.
  • Can confidently demonstrate automation solutions and explain their business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bring knowledge of UiPath (or similar platforms like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) - certifications are a plus.
  • Are proactive, driven, and ready to push boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to influence partners and vendors.
  • Understand commercial drivers - how KPIs, margins, and growth targets impact the business.
  • Have 4+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or technical sales (experience in automation or software solutions is a big plus).
  • Are comfortable with CRMs, Excel, and building compelling presentations .
  • Speak fluent German and English .
