Do you have training and/or are you a technician in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, heating, air conditioning and ventilation or a comparable qualification with professional experience, speak German and would like to work in Germany? Then we have just the thing for you! For one of our customers in Germany, we are looking for a Technical Call Center in a permanent position as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

• Telephone troubleshooting of fault reports in the context of maintenance or customer service.
• Documentation of the processes in the CRM
• Triggering of after-sales orders and coordination of service technicians and specialists
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as an electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer, heating, air conditioning, ventilation technician or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Specific professional experience is an advantage (e.g. working with heating technology products)
• Independent work, analytical thinking and a structured way of working are among your strengths
• A confident and open manner and the ability to communicate and work in a team round off your profile.
