Technical Consultant- DoPiX

We are looking for an Output Management and DOPiX expert to support the project which aims to replace the outdated DOPiX document system with the modern D7 platform for document creation and management. This transition is necessary due to the announced end of support for DOPiX by the provider Quadient. D7 offers a future-proof, cloud-enabled and scalable architecture, improved performance, accessibility (PDF/UA, HTML) and advanced features such as analytics, automation and modular integration. The project supports our customer’s digitalization strategy, regulatory compliance (including accessibility) and operational efficiency. This is a mandatory technical replacement project with no additional business requirements (like for like’: DOPiX is replaced by D7, from on-premises to SaaS/cloud).

Job Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for the document / output management system.
• Design and implement technical interfaces.
• Provide technical and solution architecture expertise.
• Leverage knowledge and experience gained from similar projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the product vendor

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in technical architecture and solution design.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes and landscape.
• Expert-level knowledge of DOPiX and proficiency in German as a native language.
• Experience working within Offshore/Nearshore models.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence both customers and team members.
• Capability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and German language (B2 or C1)
• Educational background in computer science or an equivalent field
