Technical Consultant, Internal Sales (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include setting up, maintaining, managing devices, and staging customer systems. You will process maintenance tickets in the replacement service area and provide telephone customer support in the areas of HHD/MDE/label printers and AutoID hardware solutions. You will be responsible for repair management of our maintenance pool and repair processing (RMA). Your responsibilities will include consulting, commissioning, and training for customers in the area of Auto ID, as well as on-site setup, commissioning, and maintenance of digital signage devices (large format displays up to 80" and video walls). You will configure OPS-OCs in the digital signage area and support sales in areas such as on-site/in‑house hardware consulting.

Your profile

  • Technical or IT‑technical training with a corresponding affinity in the respective non‑learned area.
  • Willingness to learn technical topics
  • Independent, solution‑oriented approach to work and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Willingness to travel > 20% (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and neighboring European countries)
  • Class B driver's license
